Introduction

Welcome to STR Loophole, a mobile application owned and operated by Agents Invest LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of STR Loophole (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Account Registration

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Use of the App

• The App is designed to assist users in tracking and logging qualifying short-term rental activities for the STR Loophole with the IRS.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App without our prior written consent.

Calendar Access

• With your permission, the App may access your calendar to retrieve scheduled events.
• This data is used solely to provide you with a list of scheduled events to facilitate activity tracking within the App.
• We do not share, sell, or distribute your calendar data to third parties.

Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to Agents Invest LLC.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our written consent.

Payments and Billing

• Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with prior notice.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription or purchase has been completed.
• If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing paid features, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@agentsinvest.com.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
• Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Free Trials

• We may offer free trial periods for premium features at our discretion.
• At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• We reserve the right to limit free trial availability to one per user or household.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided in the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agents Invest LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agents Invest LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

However, neither STR Loophole nor Agents Invest LLC is a licensed accounting firm, tax advisor, or legal service provider, and does not offer professional tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

All content, tools, and features within the app are for informational and organizational purposes only. We strongly advise users to consult with a licensed tax professional or accountant to determine their specific eligibility and how to apply IRS rules to their unique situation.

By using STR Loophole, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate time records and understanding IRS requirements.
